Southern Industrial Hydraulics builds custom hydraulic hoses in Eunice, Louisiana, on our own Balflex USA hose production equipment, and we will come to your job site to do it. Every assembly is fabricated, assembled and tested to manufacturer or NAHAD standards before it goes on your machine.

What we build hoses for

Air, water, steam, chemical, petroleum and hydraulic applications. Our hose technicians are trained to match the assembly to the job, which matters more than it sounds: the wrong hose on a steam or chemical line is a safety problem, not just a leak.

Do you stock hoses and fittings?

Yes. We carry a large inventory of high pressure hoses, fittings, couplers and accessories, and we make hoses and fittings in house. Every component is different and every machine asks something different of it, which is why we build to the application rather than selling you the closest thing on a shelf.

How fast can I get a hydraulic hose made?

Most custom assemblies are built while you wait, because the production equipment is in our own shop and the inventory is on our own shelves. For a failure in the field, call and we will come to the machine. Call first to check availability.

What is a NAHAD standard assembly?

NAHAD is the Association for Hose and Accessories Distribution, and its standards cover how an assembly is specified, fabricated and tested so the finished hose performs to the manufacturer rating. We build and test to manufacturer or NAHAD standards, which means the assembly is matched to the pressure, the media and the fittings rather than simply crimped and handed over.
